GLOGOW, Poland, Oct. 14 (UPI) — Police in Glogow, Poland, shared body camera footage of the search for a theft suspect that ended with him being found hiding inside a dishwasher.
Glogow police said officers went to arrest the 30-year-old man at his Copernicus estates apartment on allegations including stealing a car, a motorcycle and a bicycle.
Police said the man did not answer his door and was seen jumping from his second-floor and apartment and entering a first-floor apartment through a window.
Body camera footage from the police search of the otherwise unoccupied residence shows an officer opening the dishwasher, revealing the hand of the man hiding inside the appliance.
The suspect was arrested and faces additional property damage charges as a result of breaking into the apartment, police said.
