Police search for man in connection with burglary at Uintah Canyon cabin

DUCHESNE COUNTY, Utah, May 22, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for a man in connection with a cabin burglary in the Uintah Canyon area of Duchesne County earlier this month. 

A news release on Facebook from the Duchesne County Sheriff’s Office said the burglary occurred on May 4.

“A game camera set up by the cabin owner took a photo of an individual who may have been in the area around the time of the burglary,” the news release said. 

The man is Caucasian with short, sandy hair and in the picture is wearing a gray hoodie under a red, dark blue and light blue or gray plaid shirt.

The sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help to identify the man as part of its investigation.
