MILLCREEK, Utah, Feb. 4, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Both directions of 3300 South are closed between 700 East and 900 East after a water main break Monday morning.
SLC Public Utilities tweeted at 1 p.m. that crews have restored water service near 800 East and 3300 South.
“Repairs on broken water main nearly complete,” the tweet said. “Then they will backfill hole.”
Crews anticipate the road will reopen by 5 p.m. Monday; until then, drivers are being urged to find an alternate route.
The cause of the water main break is under investigation.
