Cindy Crawford Announces She’s Retiring From Modeling

NEW YORK, Jan. 31 (UPI) — Cindy Crawford told United Airlines’ Rhapsody magazine she is retiring from modeling as her 50th birthday approaches on Feb. 20.

“I’m sure I’ll have my picture taken for 10 more years, but not as a model anymore,”the New York Post quoted Crawford as telling the magazine.

“And that’s OK. I’ve done it. I’ve worked with all these incredible photographers,” she added. “What else do I need to do? I can’t keep reinventing myself. I shouldn’t have to keep proving myself. I don’t want to.”
