Kaysville Woman Killed in Logan Canyon Crash Identified
LOGAN CANYON, UTAH – June 20, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) A Kaysville woman was killed, and six others injured, when her vehicle drifted into oncoming traffic on SR-89 Friday night.
According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the accident took place around 8:45 p.m. near mile marker 483 in Logan Canyon.
Investigators say Kaysville resident Tiffani Balling, 23, was driving a northbound Subaru when she drove into oncoming traffic hitting a southbound Chevy Suburban head-on.
Ballied died in the accident.
The driver of the Suburban was airlifted to a Salt Lake City in critical condition.
Five other patients were transported to Logan area hospitals in stable condition.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation
