HEBER CITY, Utah, March 16, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — A Heber City couple taking out trash Monday evening found two people passed out in a strange car in the driveway, police said.
Heber City Police Department said in a Facebook post the couple called officials immediately.
HCPD officers arrived and arrested Russell Robert Sweat, 41, of Ballard, and Tabbatha Shariee Melo, 30, of Neola.
Both were charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sweat was also charged with DUI.
Both are being held at the Wasatch County Jail with their bail set at $10,000.
