Jay Leno In Utah Today For The 4th Annual Utah Sports Awards

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – April 21, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Jay Leno, the host of NBC’s The Tonight Show from 1992 to 2009, as well as an avid motor sports enthusiast, will be a special guest at the 4th Annual Utah State of Sports Awards ceremony tonight.

The Governor’s State of Sport Awards showcase is the highest achievement in individual and team sports during the 2014 calendar year.

The categories and nominees have been selected by various sports media and industry leaders throughout Utah and then voted on by citizens of Utah.

The awards will include top male and female high school, college, professional and Olympic athletes as well as the top team, coach and event of the year.

The ceremony will also honor Olympic gold medalist and Deer Valley School director Stein Eriksen. He will be presented with the lifetime achievement award by Gov. Gary Herbert.

The Awards Ceremony will be held at the Energy Solutions Arena tonight, April 21 from 7:00 pm — 9:00 pm
