
June 16 (UPI) — Rapper and singer Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, is divorcing Dumb Blonde podcast host Bunnie XO, his wife of nearly 10 years.
TMZ, People.com and E! News reported Monday that DeFord filed for divorce in Tennessee last month. TMZ cited unnamed sources as saying this was a mutual decision between the two.
At the Grammy Awards ceremony in February, DeFord thanked his wife while accepting the prize for Best Contemporary Country Album.
“I would have never changed my life without you,” he told her from the stage. “I would have ended up dead or in jail. I would have killed myself if it wasn’t for you and Jesus. I thank you for that.
Jelly Roll met his estranged wife at one of his concerts in 2015. They tied the knot in 2016 and renewed their vows in 2023.
Jelly Roll will perform in Utah on July 28 as part of the “Post Malone Presents: The BIG ASS Stadium Tour Part 2.” The concert will be held at Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City, and will also feature Carter Faith.
Jelly Roll and Malone have forged a strong creative and personal relationship. Malone is a Utah resident with additional houses elsewhere, and has been a strong supporter of Utah businesses and causes.

Malone and Jelly Roll have bee frequent collaborators, with strong creative and personal ties. Among their collaborations are the hit track “Losers” from Post Malone’s recent album.
Jelly Roll is known for hits including including “Son of a Sinner” and “Need a Favor.”
