WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, March 18, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A man is dead after an industrial accident Monday in West Valley City.
West Valley City Police Department tweeted at 2 p.m. that investigators are on scene at Warner Trucking at 2300 S. 5400 West.
“A person was offloading materials from a truck when the materials fell pinning the person,” the tweet said. “That person, an adult male has died.”
The man has not been identified pending notification of family members.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has been notified and will be conducing an investigation as well, the tweet said.
