MORONI, Utah, May 7, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Lt. Governor Spencer Cox tweeted Monday evening that the Moroni home of his 92-year-old grandmother “burned to the ground” following a suspected gas leak.
“A few months ago my 92-year-old grandma went to stay at a senior living facility,” Cox tweeted. “Today her house in Moroni burned to the ground (suspected gas leak).”
Cox tweeted that he was so glad his grandmother wasn’t there, “but it hurts our hearts to lose a place full of so many special memories.”
