Crews from Mountain Green and Morgan fire departments, as well as Morgan EMS, responded to the scene just after 6 p.m.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and three others were transported with injuries that were not considered life-threatening. No other information was immediately available regarding the victims of the crash.
According to the news release, debris was strewn over the scene, which extended for a quarter-mile, completely shutting down westbound I-84.
