OGDEN, Utah, April 3, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — Ogden firefighters were called to the scene of a fully involved residential fire at 4:43 a.m. Saturday morning.

They responded to the scene, at 712 7th St.

“The calling party reported the structure is fully involved,” an Ogden Fire Department statement says. “The structure is boarded up and appears vacant.

“Crews performed a defensive attack to mitigate fire conditions. A downed power line prevented fire attack on one side of the structure until power crews arrived.”

Northwood Fire Department also responded to the fire. Between Ogden and Northwood, 17 firefighters were on scene, as were three engines, one ladder truck, one rescue truck, two ambulances, and the Battalion Chief.
