PROVO, Utah, May 5, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — A Provo man has been arrested after police say he sent adult videos to at least one adult and two teenage females of an acquaintance.
Police say he also tried to access a bathroom where a 13-year-old girl was showering.
According to a probable cause statement, he also stood over the young teen as she slept. He was discovered by the mother of the girl as he stood, “partially clothed and hissing.”
Max Alexander Forrest, 27, was booked into the Utah County Jail Friday on nine charges of distributing pornography, a third-degree felony, and one count of voyeurism against a child age 14 or younger, a class A misdemeanor.
A search warrant allowed police to examine Forrest’s cell phone which contained the same videos that had been sent to at least three female victims, according to the probable cause statement.
Investigators said the videos had been attached to innocuous looking texts, but once opened revealed adults engaged in sexual intercourse.
