Police Search for Woman Who is Now a Suspect in SLC Homicide
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – July 7, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Salt Lake City Police Department said a person of interest in a SLC homicide is now a suspect.
SLCPD said officers responded on a welfare check at 1459 S. Roberta St. July 6 and discovered victim Edward Walker 57, deceased in his bedroom.
Detectives are handling this as a homicide. At that time Jill Rae Montoya 34, was named as a person of interest in this case, but she is now considered a suspect.
Officials said at the time she was known to frequent the area of 1300 South and State Street, but she has recently been seen in other parts of the Salt Lake valley.
