SLCPD Seeks Suspects in Two Separate Aggravated Robberies
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – June 26, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Salt Lake City Police Department is seeking the suspects in two separate aggravated robbery cases over the last 24 hours.
Last night at 10:46 p.m., a man entered Papa Johns Pizza at 369 S. 400 East, brandished a weapon and demanded cash. The cashier complied and the suspect left in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as a dark skinned male in his late 20’s, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, clean shaven, and was wearing sunglasses, a black hoodie, and green plaid shorts.
Then at 4:21 a.m., while working in the Maverick store at 710 E. 2700 South, the clerk noticed a man loitering in the store. When the clerk tried to speak to the man he brandished a weapon and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled north on Lake Street. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, late 20’s, 6 feet tall, wearing an aqua blue hoodie and blue jeans.
