HOLLADAY, Utah, March 27, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A water main break closed a portion of Highland Drive in Holladay Wednesday morning.
The Utah Department of Transportation tweeted at approximately 6 a.m. that both north and southbound lanes of Highland Drive are closed from Lincoln Lane (4350 South) to 4500 South. The water main break is at 4340 S. Highland Drive.
SLC Public Utilities tweeted crews were locating underground cables so repairs could start safely, then waited for clearance on those cables to start work.

The water is off from 4340 South to 4500 South, officials said.
UDOT did not say when the scene is likely to be cleared. In the meantime drivers are being asked to take alternate routes.
