WEST JORDAN, Utah, Dec. 26, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — West Jordan firefighters battled an unusual blaze early Saturday morning after being called out to deal with an air conditioning fire just as temperatures were flirting with single digits.
Fire crews were called to the Palm Beach Tan, at 1822 West 9000 South, with reports of smoke coming from the roof.
Investigators at the scene say the fire was quickly dowsed and appeared to be electrical in nature.
There were no reports of injuries, and damage appeared to be contained to the roof.
The official cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
