Man Dies of Self-inflicted Gunshot Wound at Universal Studios
A man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound Friday afternoon near the Despicable Me Minion Mayhem ride at Universal Studios in Hollywood, the L.A Times reported.

The shooting occurred at 2:15 p.m. and is considered a possible suicide, said a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Firefighters arrived at the park about 2:29 p.m. after receiving a report of a medical emergency, said spokesman for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Universal Studios Hollywood is a film studio and theme park in the unincorporated Universal City community of the San Fernando Valley region of the city of Los Angeles, California. The approximately 415 acre is the property of Universal Studios, one of the six major film studios in the United States.
