Iconic Buildings All Made With Legos On Display At Fashion Place
Murray, UT – The Lego Americana RoadShow is now on display at Fashion Place Place Mall in Murray.
In all, there are 11 large scaled models, each of a different iconic building across America that has some place in American History. Each structure is made entirely out of Legos.
There are different stations all around the mall. Each station has a different iconic display.
Fist stop, the White House. Then it’s off to the U.S. Capitol Building and Independence Hall.
You can then visit the U.S. Supreme Court Building, the Lincoln Memorial, the Old North Church, the Jefferson Memorial and Washington Monument.
Then you can finish your Lego Masterpiece U.S. History lesson by seeing the Statue of Liberty and the Liberty Bell.
Each stop has a brief description and history of the buildings and their significance in history.
There are a lot of different games, build your own Legos and other activities during the event including a “Follow The Map” scavenger type hunt. The game, allows you to find each Lego Masterpiece and answer the question associated with the structure. Once the form is completely filled out, you can return to the Lego Store and receive your certificate of achievement.
The display, hosted by Lego is now available until March 22, 2015 and is free for everyone.
