A Toothbrush That Has A Peel
Dental hygienist Heather Phillips has created a new toothbrush that has appeal, especially if you are the parent of a young child.
Phillips originally came up with the concept after getting a call from her mother-in-law who said that her nephew had fallen on a toothbrush and it went through the pallet (top) of his mouth.
She set out to create a toothbrush that was safe for small children but still an effective dental care tool.
The Baby Banana Brush is in all 50 states; in dental offices, physical and special needs type therapists and hospitals.
The Baby Banana Brush is a flexible, infant toothbrush, with a handle that provides an easy grip for infants and toddlers to help them learn brushing and oral care.
The banana shape and soft texture are intended to make brushing a more fun experience for children as young as three to four months old.
Made of high quality silicone, the Baby Banana Brush is fully compliant with the highest government standards.
The brush is intended as a training tool to help infants learn to brush while decreasing the risk of injury.
Since its creation in 2001, the Baby Banana Brush has received the National Parenting Center Seal of Approval, as well as winning the Mom’s Best Award in 2010.
The brush is dishwasher safe and freezer friendly.
