Police: Missing Wendover woman ‘alive and well’

WENDOVER, Utah, June 23, 2017 Gephardt Daily) — Police said they have located a 33-year-old Wendover woman, identified as Rebecca Ziglar, who was reported missing and possibly endangered.

According to an initial Wendover Police Department Facebook post on June 19, Rebecca “Becky” Ziglar was last seen with 30-year-old Jason “Bama” Wright in the Wendover area on June 11.

Officers initially believed that Ziglar might be being held against her will.

Friday afternoon, the Wendover Police Department posted the following: “The Wendover Police Department would like to thank everyone who provided tips and leads on the whereabouts of Rebecca Ziglar.

“The Wendover Police received information that indicated Rebecca is alive and well, and traveling outside of the state with Jason Wright. The Wendover Police Department is grateful for the outpouring of support from everyone on this matter.”

No other details were immediately provided.
