MIDVALE, Utah, Aug. 15, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Firefighters are on the scene of a residential fire at 7800 S. Allen St. (600 West) in Midvale.
The fire at the now vacant home was first reported around 5:30 a.m.
When first responders arrived, they found the residence engulfed in flames.
Firefighters had to assume a defensive position to keep the blaze from spreading to adjacent properties.
The structure has been declared a total loss.
There are no reports of injuries.
