March 16 (UPI) — Emma Watson is pursuing legal action against hackers who leaked online private photos of the actress.

The images do not include nudity and feature Watson trying on outfits during a fitting.

“Photos from a clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen,” Watson’s publicist explained to Time in a statement.

“They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.”

The photos were shared online days after her Vanity Fair shoot Sky News reports, in which Watson was photographed wearing a revealing top.

“The Beauty and the Beast” star was criticized for the shoot that critics said took away from her work as a feminist and as a U.N. Women Goodwill Ambassador

In response, Watson said she did not understand what her “tits had to do with feminism.”
