WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, April 4, 2023 (Gephardt Daily) — A Silver Alert issued Tuesday for a 73-year-old woman with dementia has been canceled.
Francisca Torres had last been seen walking away from a residence at about 7 p.m., according to West Valley City police. The silver alert was canceled Tuesday just before midnight.
No other information was released on the cancelation.
