Harrison Ford In Critical Condition After Plane Crash

According to KTLA in Los Angeles, Ford’s condition has been upgraded to fair to moderate.
VARIETY is reporting that actor Harrison Ford was involved in a plane crash and is in critical condition in Venice, California.

The 72-year-old crash landed on Penmar Golf Course after something apparently went wrong mechanically with the single-engine plane at around 2:25 p.m. Ford was transferred to a local hospital in critical condition with head injuries. The actor was the only one aboard the plane. An experienced pilot, this isnot Ford’s first crash, but in the past he has only sustained minor injuries.
Ford reportedly walked away from the crash, and was later attended to by two physicians who were on the scene.
An American icon, Ford is best known for his roles as Indiana Jones and Han Solo. Ford recently wrapped shooting on “Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens.” Shooting was temporarily halted last year when Ford suffered a serious leg injury on set.
