Suge Knight, Former hip-hop mogul, is currently being held without bail pending the outcome of his murder trial. Knight is accused of fatally running over a man with his truck in a fast-food parking lot.

As Knight faces life in prison on charges of murder and attempted murder for the fatal incident that happened in broad daylight,a surveillance footage is now being viewed by the entire world showing the deadly encounter on January 29.

The video shows Knight’s red truck pull up into the rear entrance of Tam’s Burgers, where a man, now known as Cle “Bone” Sloan walks up to the driver’s side door.

From what it appears a small scuffle ensues before Knight backs his truck up catching Sloan with his left mirror and knocking him to the ground.

As three other men approach Knight’s truck you can see he speeds forward through the fast food parking lot toward its front exit. Terry Carter, a former business associate of Knight’s was ran over in the process.

Carter suffered a crushed skull and died from his injuries.

It video will not be used by both the prosecution and Knight’s defense as evidence in the murder case.

Defense attorney David Kenner, a longtime lawyer for Knight has claimed the video shows evidence that Knight was approached by armed gunmen as he pulled in to the parking lot. There appear to be a couple of items in the video that have the look of a firearm and the video is currently being screened to determine exactly what the items are. In one video it appears one of the men involved takes an object from the injured Sloan and then tucks it into his own waistband.

After fleeing the scene, Knight turned himself in to police and been deemed him a flight risk and three-strike candidate. His $2.2 million bail was revoked. his first appearance in court was bogged down with a lot of confusion. Including a new lawyer, a judge recused and a trip to the hospital after suffering a panic attack.

Last week Knight told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge James Brandlin that he’s gone partially blind, doesn’t receive adequate health care behind bars and has fired Kenner’s firm from his defense team.

The hit-and-run video was released just before Knight was scheduled to appear for yet another hearing. It is unclear at this time when he will be rescheduled back in court due to his ongoing health issues and inability to make up his mind over his attorneys.
