TAYLORSVILLE, Utah, Aug. 7, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Unified Police officials arrested a felony warrant fugitive after he fled the scene of a crash at 4700 South Interstate 215 in Taylorsville Wednesday morning.
A tweet from the Utah Highway Patrol said the crash happened on the westside belt of northbound I-215 at approximately 8:30 a.m.
“The fugitive was turned over to us and is awaiting medical clearance prior to being booked into Salt Lake County Jail on warrants and some new charges,” the tweet said.
The suspect has not yet been identified.
The tweet did not give more details of the crash, or what the fugitive was wanted for.
