Update: Grand County Sheriff’s Office says overdue couple last seen north of Moab located

GRAND COUNTY, Utah, Oct. 27, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A Michigan couple who were traveling through Utah and were reported as overdue have been located.

The couple, whose names are Brett and Judy, were last seen on Tuesday, Oct. 22, just north of Moab near the Dalton Wells area, according to a Facebook post by the Grand County Sheriff’s Office.

An update on Facebook Saturday evening said: “Both individuals have been located and are in good condition. At 9:27 a.m. Saturday, Utah State Park Ranger Brian Kurta discovered the couple near the intersection of Temple Road and Goblin Valley. They were camping in a region with no cellular service and found in good condition. They are currently back in communications with their loved ones. Thank you to all who shared our post and stay safe out there.”
