LEHI, Utah, April 5, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Southbound Interstate 15 traffic near Lehi was delayed Friday afternoon after a mechanical problem with a semi.
The semi broke its driveline, and the loose part punctured its gas tank.
HAZMAT crews were called to the scene, and the 12:36 p.m. accident was cleaned up by 1:30 p.m., a Utah Highway Patrol spokeswoman said.
All lanes are reopened to traffic.
