LAYTON, Utah, Aug. 21, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Detectives in Layton are searching for a man after three separate reports of lewdness.
“On each occasion, the male has used a ruse to entice the victims closer to his vehicle at which time he revealed his genitals,” said Layton City Police Department in a Facebook post Wednesday afternoon.
The victims in these incidents provided similar suspect descriptions of a Hispanic male, 20 to 40 years of age, with a stocky build and shoulder length brown curly hair. The suspect vehicle has been identified as a red passenger car, as seen in the video above.
