Video: Roy police seek public’s help identifying school vandals

ROY, Utah, July 18, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — The Roy City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying four people caught on surveillance Sunday morning as they vandalized Roy High School.

“The culprits broke into a shed and then painted obscene graffiti around the building,” said a post on the Weber School District Facebook page. “They were captured on security cameras but obviously knew they were being filmed as they attempted to cover their faces.”

The vandalism took place between 5 and 5:30 a.m. at the school, 2150 W. 4800 South.

“Please take a look at these photos to see if you recognize any of them,” the post says. “One male appears to have a very distinct tattoo on his left side. If you have any information regarding this crime, please contact Roy City Police at 801-774-1063.”
