HERRIMAN, Utah, April 17, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Police detectives are investigating the deaths of two people who were found dead at a residence Friday night in Herriman.
Officers were called to a home near Watchmen Way about 7:15 p.m., according to , Herriman police Sgt. Greg Shaver.
“Right now it’s early in the investigation, and we’re trying to piece everything together and find out what happened,” Shaver said.
Authorities have not released the identities, genders or ages of the deceased, citing pending next-of-kin notifications. Shaver said he believes the individuals are adults but could not confirm additional details.
Police have not determined the circumstances surrounding the deaths, including whether the case is domestic-related.
Shaver said investigators do not believe there is any threat to the public.
