MILLCREEK, Utah, July 21, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Two teens have been arrested in connection with an aggravated robbery and aggravated kidnapping Sunday in Millcreek.
On Tuesday, Unified Police officers arrested Wyatt Hansen, 18, and James Waterman, 19.
The investigation determined that the victim “was lured to a residence under false pretenses before being confronted by multiple suspects,” says a statement released by Unified Police.
“Once inside, the victim was allegedly prevented from leaving, threatened with weapons, and robbed. The victim was able to escape and later reported the incident to law enforcement.”
Community safety remains the priority, the UPD statement says.
“Detectives continue to work diligently to identify everyone involved, and hold those responsible accountable so our residents can feel safe in the communities they call home.”
