3 arrested in Wendover drug bust

WENDOVER, Utah, Sept. 2, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Two men and a woman were arrested after Wendover Police Department conducted an investigation of drug activity at a residence, officials said.

The investigation took place in the 200 block of Wildcat Boulevard Thursday at 6:30 a.m., Wendover Police Department said in a news release on Facebook.

Wendover Police used K-9 officers Charles and Maverick and executed a search warrant on the residence.

Jermaine Lavell Davis, 36, was charged with distribution of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school.

Kristina Ellen Ramirez, 39, was arrested for distributing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy Francis Steele, 26, was charged with possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia and multiple warrants for his arrest.

All three are from Wendover, officials said.

Charges and arrest warrants are pending for others involved, the news release added.
