According to the UHP, Lieutenant Gerrard Moren, 25 year old Katherine Allegro was arrested and booked into the Tooele County Jail on charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to operate within a single lane.

The accident happened near mile marker 82 around 5:1 7 p.m. when Moren drifted between lanes, over-corrected and rolled the car in the median strip with the vehicle coming to rest on its roof.

The front seat passenger who was transported to the hospital by ambulance in poor condition has since been upgraded to stable condition.
