UPDATE: Fisherman’s Body Found In Willard Bay
Willard Bay – March 25, 2015 – Search and rescue crews have found the body of Matthew Rasmussen, 45, of Morgan, UT, who had been missing for days at Willard Bay.
Search and rescue crews from four different agencies were searching for the man who was reported missing around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
According to Lt. Eric Stucki with Utah State Parks, officials from Box Elder County Sheriff’s department, The Division of State Parks and Recreation, The Department of Public Safety and the Weber County Sheriff’s department along with several volunteers and friends and family of the missing man were searching for the man who disappeared while fishing on the lake.
They were able to recover his boat south of the marina Sunday night.
