BOUNTIFUL, Utah, June 6, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — Bountiful Police and South Davis Metro SWAT are assisting the Unified Police Department in serving a search warrant Sunday on a home in Bountiful.
Assistant Chief Dave Edward, with the Bountiful Police Department, confirmed to Gephardt Daily that the bomb squad is on scene, and the homes on either side of the residence have been evacuated; however, those are the only homes affected so far.
Edwards said police are conducting a search of the residence after arriving Sunday afternoon. At 6 p.m., he said no one has been taken into custody.
