Crews rescue woman, 24, injured on trail near Fifth Water Hot Springs

SPANISH FORK, Utah, Sept. 17, 2023 (Gephardt Daily) — A 24-year-old woman was rescued Sunday after injuring her knee at Fifth Water Hot Springs in Diamond Fork.

Spanish Fork Police, Fire and EMS responded about 8:20 p.m. after the woman suffered a serious knee injury along the trail, according to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office.

“EMS stabilized her and SAR took her down the trail. She was taken to Utah Valley Hospital by ambulance,” the sheriff’s office said on social media.
