MURRAY, Utah, Jan. 8, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — An 18-year-old man riding a skateboard was hit by a car in the parking lot of a Murray hospital Tuesday morning.
Murray Police Department Officer Kenny Bass told Gephardt Daily the incident occurred outside Intermountain Medical Center at 5121 S. Cottonwood St. at approximately 7:20 a.m.
Bass said the man was crossing at a 4-way stop when a vehicle turning right struck him.
The man was transported across the parking lot to be evaluated. His injuries are not life-threatening.
Bass said the driver remained on scene and helped the man.
