OGDEN, Utah, Sept. 5, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Ogden police are investigating after a body was found in a storage shed Thursday afternoon.
Ogden Police Department officials said in a news release: “Human remains were discovered in a storage shed located at 2868 Grant Ave. An investigation is being conducted by detectives with the Major Crimes Bureau. Initially, the circumstances surrounding the discovery are suspicious.”
It’s not clear at this time how the body came to be in the storage shed or how long it has been there. The cause of the person’s death is unknown at this time.
Officials have not said if the deceased person is a man or a woman.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing, officials said.
