Police Find Artillery Projectiles in Glendale Car
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – July 15, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – SLCPD Metro Gangs conducted a traffic stop and inside of the vehicle they found two military surplus artillery projectiles which had blue paint to suggest inert rounds, at 1444 S. Cheyenne St., today at 2:51 a.m.
The projectiles had been tampered with and had a liquid and a white powder leaking from them. Bomb Squad responded and secured the projectiles and determined they were in fact “inert” rounds.
