Police Seek Armed Man After Shell Store Robbery

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – July 6, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Salt Lake City Police Department said a man entered the Shell store at 874 E. 1300 South, waited for customers to leave and then ran behind the counter, on Friday, July 3 at 6:50 p.m. He threatened the teller with a weapon and took money from the till.

The suspect then fled the store to the west. The suspect is described as a black male adult, in his 20’s, 5 feet 9 inches tall, average build, short dark hair, dark beard, wearing a white T-shirt, white shorts and white athletic shoes.
