A semi-truck loaded with more than 25,000 pounds of FatBoy Ice Cream Sandwiches overturned on US-89 Tuesday and landed upside down in the Logan River.

According to the Utah Highway Patrol, the semi-truck was eastbound in Logan Canyon near mile post 474 when the driver failed to negotiate a turn and lost control of the vehicle.

The trailer rolled into the fast moving river and ultimately had to be off-loaded by hand.

The UHP says the driver sustained only minor injuries.
