SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Dec. 8, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Police are looking for a suspect with missing teeth and a bandaged nose who robbed a Salt Lake City New Age store Tuesday afternoon.
According to Salt Lake Police Detective Richard Chipping, the man entered Dancing Cranes Imports, located at 673 East Simpson Ave., at 12:34 p.m. He approached the counter in the store, which on its website calls itself a “sanctuary of healing,” and demanded cash.
Det. Chipping said the clerk complied and the suspect then left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as white, approximately 40 years old, missing his front teeth with a bandage on his nose. He was wearing a black coat, black beanie and eyeglasses.
