TOOELE COUNTY, Utah, May 15, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — Crews from North Tooele Fire, Tooele City Fire and the Tooele County Sheriff’s Office responded Thursday when they were dispatched at 8:34 p.m. to the county’s Pine Canyon area.
Crews arrrived to find a detatched garage.
It was fully engulfed, and was later determined to be a total loss.
The agencies were able to help “keep this fire from spreading to nearby homes and vegetation,” the North Tooele Fire statement says.
“Also, thanks to Tooele County Sheriff‘s Office, Tooele City PD, and Mountain West Ambulance for their support on scene.
“No other structures were damaged, and no injuries were reported. The cause is under investigation.”
