ST. GEORGE, Utah, Dec 9, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Police have located a mentally disturbed southern Utah man missing since Thursday.
David Grant Torrey, 24, was last spotted Thursday evening near Hurricane, according to a press release from the St. George Police Department.
Hurricane Police tweeted late Friday morning that Torrey had been located and is in good condition, though no other details were immediately available.
Investigators say Torrey is no stranger to authorities and is known for threatening law enforcement officers.
