ROY, Utah, Dec. 18, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) — Police in Roy say a woman was killed after being struck by a car Friday morning in the vicinity of 1900 West 3800 South.
According to the Roy Police Department, the victim has been identified as 53-year-old Suzanne Starkey.
The area in which Starkey was hit is described as a dark stretch of road, although details of the accident have yet to be released.
