COALVILLE, Utah, June 20, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Crews are on the scene of a Hazmat spill in a rest area of Interstate 80 near Coalville Thursday morning.
That rest area is off I-80 westbound at mile marker 165, according to a tweet from the North Summit Fire Department at 11:45 a.m.
“The rest area is closed while they identify the substance and clean it up,” the tweet said.
Park City Fire District and Summit County Utah Health are also assisting at the scene.
The cause of the spill is not clear at this early stage.
