SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Nov. 13, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) -- A gas leak near the 300 East block of South Temple has a prompted an evacuation of the 119-year-old Cathedral of the Madeleine and other buildings in the neighborhood.
According to initial reports, a construction crew hit a gas line. As of 6 p.m. Wednesday, the Salt Lake City Fire Department was still active on the scene.
