DRAMATIC IMAGES: Demonstrators Clash Outside Trump Rally In Salt Lake City

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, March 21, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Donald Trump made his first Salt Lake City campaign appearance Friday night, and hundreds of rowdy demonstrators were there to greet him.

The noisy protests took place outside the Infinity Event Center, at 26 E. 600 South, where inside, a crowd of roughly 1,000 Trump supporters was making some noise of its own.

It wasn’t until the Trump rally-goers attempted to leave that emotions boiled over, with demonstrators blocking the front doors of the venue while tearing down a security tent just outside.

Gephardt Daily cameras were on the scene Friday as the confrontation broke out, and captured these dramatic images.
